Yellow Snow – Rogue Ales

Nose: dish washing fluid, more specifically “Dubro Citroen”. Estery, flowery and very citrussy.
Mouth: bitter, clearly an IPA, but full-bodied and surprisingly creamy. It’s a typical a-typical IPA, if you see what I mean. There’s a nice malty bitterness to it that livens up the hoppy bitterness.
Finish: long and bitter.

Rating: 60-80 out of 10
